We enjoyed the full stay and the staffs Mahdum, Can, Faxredun were very friendly to us. They took care of us nicely un our whole stay. I can rate them 10/10 as all of them were perfect. They also had lot of varieties for breakfast and its actually tough to choose as everything were good.

The personnel were very helpful and client-oriented, especially Mahdum, Can, and Faxredin. They were always supportive, and Mahdum even helped me carry my luggage to a neighboring hotel where my colleagues were staying. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of salads, fresh fruits and delicious coffee - far beyond what you would expect from a budget hotel. The fact that the hotel staff spoke Russian and Uzbek was a nice bonus! :)

Fakhruddin, who runs the hotel, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive - his hospitality made our stay memorable. Clean rooms and excellent room service. Location is very good - just 5 minutes walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, walking distance to all major attractions. Skip the restaurants on the hotel's street (overpriced). Instead, walk to the tram area near Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia for much better value and reasonably priced authentic food.
