The Staff were amazing, super friendly and made the stay enjoyable. We had issues with the bedroom and they were able to provide alternative rooms and were very Accomodating. We had the breakfast, there were plenty of options to choose from but would have been nice if there a few drink options. Location was perfect with many restaurants nearby, attractions and tram weren’t too far either!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was cleaned very well. There was a variety of food for breakfast and the patio area next to the breakfast room was a nice place to sit and relax. The hotel was situated near restaurants (just around the corner from the hotel) and was within walking distance of all the main attractions.

The hotel is at a great location, 10 min walk from the Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Employees are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and location is amazing, 5 mins walking to Grand Bazar and main tram T2 which is amazing connected. A lot of restaurants near by.
