The reception opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 21:00.
Friday to Sunday and public holidays: 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.Please note that an automatic check-in machine is available outside reception opening hours. Your confirmation number corresponds to your reservation number.Please note that For children aged 16 and under, the tourist tax does not apply. Please inform the hotel in advance of the number and age of children staying.Please note that extra beds or bunk beds are not made up before arrival. Bed linen is provided, but guests must make their own beds.Please note that Children under 12 years old can enjoy breakfast at a cost of EUR 4.45.A prepayment of 30% of the reservation balance will be automatically charged for any reservation of 5 rooms or more.Your pets are welcome at the hotel. An additional charge of €6 will be applied upon arrival, per pet per night. Pets are not permitted during breakfast service.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
