The fine print
Guests arriving after check-in hours must arrange check-in with the property in advance.Please note that jet skis and wave runners are not permitted on the property or around the dock.Please contact the resort directly to discuss boat slip options and to reserve a boat slip for your vacation. Slips are available for USD 25 per night and include trailer storage. Boat slips require a reservation.The property's on-site boat slips can accommodate skiffs up to twenty-five feet in length.Please note bay boats, powerboats, or pontoon boats are not considered skiffs and may be too wide for the ramp.The property recommends using the free public boat ramp located 800 metres south of the resort on Blackwood Drive or Indian Key Fill for larger boats.Larger boats and/or vehicles: Guests need someone to drive the vehicle/trailer back to the resort, as this ramp does not have public parking.Guests may also contact Founder's Park to drop a boat in for a small fee.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Absolute paradise and tranquility. Beautiful clean rooms an idyllic surroundings with fantastic amenities. Peaceful, quiet and lots of wildlife (and a hotel cat!) We never wanted to leave.
