We got complimentary upgrade to executive suite which was amazing. Reception staff was very helpful and polite. Mr Imran Duty Manager was very welcoming. Rooms furnishings are great. Cleanliness is exceptional. Overall, a great place to stay.

We requested for early check in they allowed us at 9.00am rather than 2.00pm. Also they offered us upgrade from standard room to Royal Suites which was a pleasant. Room was so luxurious and spacious. Staff are great and very helpful. Room service is also great. As this hotel is 5 stars but their room service charges are very reasonable. Definitely will stay here again.

The location was excellent! They upgraded me to the Royal Suite is was amazing! I really appreciated this and the room was fantastic! Reception staff went above and beyond to help me from booking taxis to showing me the restaurants. Faisal was so helpful taking my bags to my room. The view from the room was lovely especially at sunset. My room has a bath tub with jets and I made good use of this! So relaxing! I will definitely be coming again in the future!
