Perfect service at the restaurants, special mention to Rodizio night where the quality has been really high. Personnel is very available and kind everywhere. The room was very comfortable, especially the Jacuzzi on the balcony. The SPA provides the best massages ever. The location is very central and the beach is the best one on the island.

The hotel was fantastic and in an excellent location the staff were so friendly and cannot thank them enough for making our stay, such a great one! Especially Jesus on reception, so helpful and patient with us. His customer service skills were exceptional!

The staff were absolutely incredible. So polite, kind & attentive. The private beach club with the hotel is the nicest one in isla mujeres. The nighttime entertainment was great and the food was lovely. Our jacuzzi bath on the balcony didn’t work which was a shame, but other than that our stay was perfect.
