The room rate does not include transportation. Guests can coordinate their own transportation or take the hotel's speed boat Cartagena - Islas del Rosario - Cartagena at 8:30 hrs returning at 15:00 hrs. It's a 1 hour journey.Please note pets are not allowed at the hotel.Only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.The property is not responsible for the operation of excursions or activities that the Guests decide to do outside the hotel facilities.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I liked that the size of the place, made it more private and cozy. The bungalow was lovely, good size, clean and the hammock was great.

Really beautiful location with the most amazing water. Bar staff and restaurant staff super friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfy beds. Hotel food is tasty and so are the cocktails

Beautiful location with great facilities. The private beach is stunning and the pool area is great for relaxation. The rooms are lovely and well kept- very spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel offers lots of tours and excursions. We did the walking tour of the local village/mangroves which was a very different experience. We also did the snorkelling which was amazing! 100% recommend for a few days in paradise!
