Hostal Pachamama offers beachfront accommodation in Isla de Cañas accessible only by boat.The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.Please note that a boat ride is needed to cross to the property from the mainland and is not included in the price. The Pachamama is located on an island, and you have to take a boat, to get there. several options are possible:With our private boat, from Puerto Canas Marina. $ 30 round trip. Up to 6 people.
With the public boat, from Puerto Isla Canas. $ 1.5 per person. Then walk for 2 kms by the beach, until the Pachamama.Beware, at low tide, it will be necessary, in addition, to walk in the mud of the mangrove, on several hundred meters.

Everything was wonderful—the location was beautiful and peaceful, the atmosphere was cozy, Irina’s food was delicious, and the conversations with Jean-Pierre were enjoyable. I’d like to thank them for the wonderful welcome here. This place is definitely worth a visit.

A unique experience! We were first surprised and worried right after our booking but Irina's kitchen and Jean-Pierre kindness in a surreal landscape fully convinced us! Some places are over hyped, this place is clearly under. If you hesitate go and check, totally worth it.

The location is amazing if you're looking for a quiet time, walking on an almost empty beach, swimming undisturbed in the ocean, watching the sun rise up from the water, having a drink at the sunset, gazing at the stars at night, listening to the waves, enjoying great food... The hosts Pierre and Irina are great at making the stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible for all guests, and they make everyone feel welcome in this little corner or paradise :)

Too many tourists at Playa Venao? Here you have a beach at Sunrise & Sunset alone for yourself, which is even more beautiful and located in a nature protected area. Thanks a lot, I really enjoyed my time on Isla Cañas!
