Property is very conveniently located, excellent to explore both the north and the south of the island. Josh the owner was amazing, gave us recommendations and even made bookings for us. The staff was supper attentive and polite. We were able to rent a car at the property which made things easier. We will certainly come back!!

Staff were lovely. Josh's knowledge of the island and culture in general was very much appreciated. Stunning remote location and private beach. Loved the free kayak and airport transfers. Breakfast (included) was delicious. Car hire was simple, easy, very reasonably priced and very welcome. I saw at least one glorious sunset from my balcony. And sunrise was not too bad either!

We loved Ishigaki Sunset Cove. Great location, beautiful ocean view, nice swimming pool for the kids, friendly staff. The owner Josh gave us a lot of good tips for activities, and helped us to book a snorkeling tour on neighboring island Iriomote. You can also borrow canoes and rent snorkeling gear at the hotel. We will certainly come back if we have the opportunity.
