Location of the property was the stand out factor for us - right on the scenic lake shore with its balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. The bus stop is right below the house and the free local travel pass takes you to Interlaken city centre in 20 mins ( limited frequency though ) Grocery shop also below the house was a handy feature for buying essentials . Very clear check in instructions and guidelines for the stay ( with pictorial guidance ) and also parking spot in the basement with an elevator to the apartment .Great communications by the host pre arrival - timely and courteous .

Firstly, the location. It’s breathtaking. Secondly, it’s very wheelchair accessible. My father has reduced mobility but he didn’t feel uncomfortable in this apartment. Everything was to the point. Would DEFINITELY recommend it.

The room is so spacious and packed with all necessities, including kitchenett. There is a shop near the apartment where you can get almost anything. Great view from the room and accessible by bus.
