We loved the stunning, tranquil setting and the beautiful pool and spa gardens we spent every day in. There was a good variety of thermal pools, each with different temperatures and features we felt so soothed, relaxed and reenergised all at the same time. Our room was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. We adored the old school classic Ischian style, and the private balcony overlooking the water. We wandered along the waterfront, enclosed by whitewashed houses on cobbled streets, and felt like we had stepped into a bygone era. We loved the town too. Ischia’s castle and nunnery, was a highlight the iconic “Fungo” rock and taking out a boat to swim and snorkel in the clear blue waters and discover the Grotto under sea cave. Days at La Reginella flowed effortlessly whether it was the hotel’s spa and pools, long lazy chef’s kiss breakfasts or night ambling along the corso watching projected docos, magical street performers and even a brass band.
