The accommodation has great potential. Position facing the port, beach and Castle. We took half-board accommodation. We were very pleased with dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Pirozzi, it was beyond expectations, a very rich menu at a low price. Breakfast was at Gran Bar Giardino Calise, an extremely beautiful and elegant location with coffee and croissant.

I don't normally write reviews however after reading the reviews myself I was worried about this hotel. The hotel is very basic (you get what you pay for) however we had clean towels every day, good shower and a good nights sleep every night. The view is stunning, a view of the sea and castle. The hotel is in an excellent location, we hired a scooter to get around the island every day, the hotel is very close to shops and restaurants and about a 30 minute walk from the harbour, there are busses and taxes available. We got feee coffee and pastries every morning which was a short walk to a restaurant, this was a coffee and a selection of pastries (there was nothing else but then again it's free!) they were very nice and the coffee was amazing situated in a lovely restaurant. The beach is about a 5 minute walk.

We loved the view of the sea from our room, but that’s thanks to location. Simple room in a hotel, which already had seen its good times. Our connection to Salerno was in late afternoon, we were allowed to leave our luggage.

The accommodation perfectly met my requirements, with a great view of the sea and the sunrise. Recommendations where to eat were given. Very convenient for short-term stay, a few minutes' walk to the sea. You can walk from the port, the castle and the center are also very close, where there are various shops and restaurants. The staff is very kind.
