A friend recommended it. It’s on top of a hill and has a lovely view of the port and Castel San Angelo - Ischia’s premier attraction. The local bus starting in the Porto area runs past the door and you can get buses that, basically, circumnavigate the island. Do visit the Martello gardens and also go to a thermal spa. I went to the one closest to the Port area, which had a number of pools of varying heat. Entry after 1300h is cheaper ( it closes at 1800h)

Everything was exceptional especially for the price. The pool looked amazing, there is a lot of greenery. Breakfast was amazing and more than what you can wish for. Location is hardly beatable. You are not even 2 minutes from the beach. There is a store right next to you. Staff was really friendly and showed us what’s to see on the island. It’s positioned 15 minutes by foot from the port. There is a bus stop in the vicinity. Cannot recommend it enough. We were in a separate room/apartment with its own little porch.
