It is not only exquisitely located, it is authentically and unapologetically Neapolitan. The food is delicious, the staff are so accommodating and it is spotlessly clean. Our room also had the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen in any hotel.

We spent six nights at Hotel Terme Tritone on a half-board basis and had an overall positive experience. We chose La Vela restaurant for dinner. On our first evening, the dining room manager came across as a bit dry and “salty,” but the rest of the staff were attentive, professional, and pleasant throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with well-prepared dishes served in a calm, comfortable setting. We really enjoyed the pools, especially the outdoor one: spacious and relaxing. The private beach is small but pleasant. The staff across the hotel were consistently professional, and every time we made a request at the front desk, there was clear follow-up. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. It’s true that the majority of guests are seniors, with a few families here and there. This wasn’t an issue for me or my two teenage children. In fact, we appreciated the quiet, serene atmosphere, especially compared to the noisy, crowded environments we've experienced in places like Punta Cana. In short, an excellent stay. Recommended for those looking for comfort, tranquility, and efficient service in a beautiful setting.

While this was at the end of our 5 week holiday, we had been staying in a lot more expensive hotels so took us a while to settle in but once we did we really enjoyed it. The best part about this hotel is that it is beachfront and has its own private beach. We are Australian and stayed at another hotel on the island but this felt like a full Italian holiday. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned everyday, we booked a sea view room and while there was a common terrace in front of us the view was still good of the water, boats and sunsets. The Lifegaurd was good at ensuring everyone got a beach chair at the beach as it was always busy and the water is really beautiful there. Clear and warm.
