All staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room upgrade was given, which gave me a balcony where I could watch the neighbor tend his garden (and hang swimsuit to dry). Small but well equipped, no issues with room. Lobby area very nice to sit and plan my days. However the spa was the highlight. Nice pool for swimming, nice sitting area. Spa had thermal bath, hydro massage, waterfall, thermal bath, sauna, steam room. The sauna was not working 2 of 3 days, steam room 1 of 3, waterfall 1 of 3, otherwise fantastic, and enjoyed daily. Room had fridge and basic amenities. Bed decent with somewhat usual issue of 2 singles pushed together, not as comfortable as double or queen bed. Stored luggage for the day when leaving no problem. 15 min walk to ferry.

Lovely hotel, the location was excellent only a short walk to the harbour/beach/bars and restaurants. The staff were excellent and all the extra facilities of the spa etc were great. Good value for money

Very clean room with a comfortable mattress. Welcoming and helpful staff. Convenient location. Lovely spa area, we particularly enjoyed the plunge bucket.
