Staff so helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade with balcony .We didn't have time to use spa or facilities but it looked nice. Perfect restaurant recommendations

Great location for those who want to explore the island. The hotel is close to the central bus station, the ferry terminal, and the main shopping street. It has all that one needs for an authentic thermal SpA break. Staff were phenomenal. We were welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and care.
