Great hotel, a little dated, but very clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, lovely pool with an amazing view, nice snack bar / restaurant with all you need for breakfast and lunch and a Perfect spot for a spritz in the evening, the lift makes getting in and out of town very easy (you can ise it before checking 8n, this wasn't clear on booking.com and we wqlked up a very steep hill, qbout 20 mins) we'll be back!

The view is breathtaking! We never used the pool but it looked amazing. Breakfast was available in a room by the pool with a full view of the ocean, well worth the price. So Beautiful. Walk into town is about 10 minutes. The Island is very quaint with friendly people and great restaurants! The room is on the smaller size and more like a hotel than a B&B. Very clean and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend The Island of Ischia and to stay at L'Approdo.
