The hotel is a true gem that redefines alpine hospitality. The moment you step in, you're embraced by a warm, family-like atmosphere, thanks to the exceptional team led by the passionate host, Andreas Steibl. Their commitment to service is evident in every interaction, making guests feel genuinely valued and cared for. The hotel's location is AMAZING — just a few steps from the ski lift, placing you at the heart of Ischgl. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great mountain views, providing a luxurious yet cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. Thank you very much , I'll sure be back ASAP.

Location as next to the ski elevator. Breakfast was really nice buffet was of high quality. The coffee machine was fantastic without any extra charge. The staff very friendly and a nice après-ski area outside with good music more ibiza style then German style après-ski music.

Excellent hotel!!! Everything was great and awesome. This hotel has super close location to lifting cabins! Looking forward to visit this hotel next time!
