The staff were pleasant and were willing to sort out any problems that came up. Thank you particularly to Mandy and Sue :-) The location is brilliant as you can access the river from the Hotel and take a pretty 10 minute walk into Ironbridge. It was beautifully clean. Security was good with code access to the building then your own room key. Room 4 is situated at the back of the property, overlooking the garden and river bank and away from the road which had traffic in rush hour.
