Check-in was easy and staff were great. Location is good and within walking distance to a lot of amenities. We ate at the Malthouse and the food was good, especially the breakfast, which was amazing

Very original boudoir room: clean, comfortable, impressive decor. Breakfast very good. Evening meal: delicious when it finally arrived but everywhere seemed a bit chaotic. Most staff very friendly.

Pretty much everything else . Superb location , great food , and friendly staff. We were informed that due to the leaky bath, we would have been offered another room , if they weren't fully booked .

Excellent location, nice room, friendly and helpful staff. However, not to be recommended for a quiet weekend stay as very loud music immediately below rooms. Staff very obliging and moved me to their sister hotel.

First the good points. Room excellent we had the garden suite. Lovely outside space large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Cooked breakfast included was hot and decent quality. The downside there was no choice of white// brown bread. Just thin white. Had to ask for cups glasses and juice / hot water jugs to be refilled both mornings. Tea bags and coffee sachets not pots of tea or anything. No fresh fruit or yogurts etc. Manager was quite rude and some of the staff are not trained in any kind of customer service. Chaos in the evening. Waitress not knowing who had ordered what ,long waits and people getting the wrong dishes and the tables are very cramped. Drink prices are okay but evening menu is vastly overpriced for what it is.
