The room was clean and well decorated and they were very generous with refreshments, including tea, coffee and chocolate. There was cake supplied and some drinks (including wine!) free of charge. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower was very nice too.

FABULOUS STAY. Friendly, helpful service at all time, including courtesy call and instructions re checkin and parking on the day we set off. Rooms were lovely and comfortable with a view of the Iron Bridge straight across the road. They also had lots of complimentary goodies. The cafe was directly below the accommodation. The food was VERY TASTY, fresh and well prepared. The coffee was lovely too. Couldn't have been more central.

Excellent service from the staff on arrival, room was very clean with well stocked fridge, staff explained where everything was and how the shower worked, we had a great night sleep, bed was comfortable, we was greated by happy staff at breakfast time and breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, overall a perfect night away
