The staff were amazing, the reception was so kind and helpful, taking care of everything I needed, including arranging rides to Umm Quis and other spots I wanted to see. Huge shoutout to Qasem, the hotel driver, seriously an awesome guy! Had such a great stay.

My future destination will be the same hotel, as it looks exactly like the photos. I stayed at a hotel in Irbid last year that had a high rating, but I was surprised to find it very different from reality. However, this hotel matches the reviews and photos perfectly and truly deserves praise.

I had a wonderful stay and everything was exceptional! The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant and café offered top-quality food and service. The location is perfect, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and hospitality.
