Louis is relaxed and professional. He knows Travelers needs and can fulfill those. We got room upgrade, early check in, late check out, left some things in a locker room while wondering in La Selva all that with NO charge...

Good size room, aircon & fan available in the room, nice balcony & view of the plaza. Friendly owner who kindly offered for us to use facilities & bag storage after check out if needed
