We had a lovely stay at Retreat East. From the moment we arrived, it was the little thoughtful touches that really stood out. The farmhouse was cosy, full of charm, and beautifully done it felt like a true home from home. We loved the rustic feel and the sense of history throughout. The garden was a highlight peaceful and spacious, even with other guests around. The team kindly opened up the BBQ area for us one evening, which made it even more special. We also enjoyed cycling around the grounds so scenic and relaxing. The staff were brilliant friendly, helpful, and never overbearing. Big thanks to Lou and Harry for being especially lovely. Highly recommend if you're after a calm, beautiful escape with a personal touch.

The Shepard's hut 'The Hideaway' was beautiful and kitted out with everything. The great barn was also lovely too. Staff were helpful and friendly and the site is well maintained and peaceful. The massage with Lucy was wonderful and the steam room and sauna too. Very clean and luxurious to have it to yourself.

Lovely staff, beautiful main barn and good drinks/food. Accommodation was cosy, comfortable and clean.
