Feels like Tourists are staying at the IPOH New Town CENTRAL: in conclusion, all Ipoh’s famous eateries abound: 3 meals a day by walking distance. Right within the Building: Durian M and Supper place at rear entrance North: ( Xin Yang Wei )/ Desi Dessert Place and Fresh Durians Experience/ Strolling to Zhong Yang Cafe ; South: Nasi Ganja/ Kandar Adam Merah at Yong Suan Cafe/ Hakka Mee / Xin Quan Fang Curry Mee; East: Bentong Noodle Shop ( Just opposite the Octagon Building back entrance ) / Tong Sui Kai Eateries ; West: Lou Wong/ Ann Kee Bee Sprout Chicken Eateries/ Tuk Kee Restaurant/ Hakka Restaurant/ 4 Beans Dessert Cafe/ Tau Fu Fa etc: The stunning 360 degree view at Level 8 was sensational !

A good sized suite which was clean with aircon, good kitchen facilities with fridge freezer and microwave, utensils etc. One double bed in the living area and one double bed in a separate bedroom. Bathroom had a good shower and bath. Washing machine and drying rack were so useful. Sofa and TV in the room so easy to relax in the evening. Lovely swimming pool on the same floor as the room so can literally walk 30 secs just around the building from the room balcony to the pool. Location great. 10 - 15 mins walk to the old town in Ipoh where there are some really hidden away amazing eateries. The immediate area has a night market and outdoor local dining experiences. Added bonus is secure parking for the car and security at the front desk.

Good location, park inside condo can walk to tourist attraction. 24 open guardhouse and mailbox easy for self service check in and check out. Room decoration as per picture.

Clean, cosy, easy check-in/out procedure given by responsive hosts. Penthouse is big. Having 3 toilets was very useful. Great location.
