The apartment is spotlessly clean, the decor is modern and bright and the rooms are spacious. The washing machine is well maintained and very handy during our stay. The car park is very conveniently located near the lifts on the lower floors so we did not have to drive up too far to park. The building is secure and location is very close to Ipoh town. Very conveniently located next to a popular nasi kandar restaurant. The kitchen is equipped with a good sized fridge and freezer, induction cook top and quality plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. The property managers are very responsive, professional and a pleasure to interact with.

I like that it provides clean dishes and filtered water. Cold water was prepared in advance. Living space is neat and tidy. Very comfortable Toiletaries are prepared as well.

The 3 bedroom apartment is clean and comfortable for family stay. There is dining table,plates & bowls,a fridge and a small stove for light cooking. I didn't cook but the cutlery,cups & plates were very useful to eat takeaway food. The unit is also very clean.
