Location, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean bath towels, filtered drinking water that dispense hot and room temp water, clean fridge and no funny smell. The staff respond to questions/queries is prompt and attentive.

Very good location, check in process is clear from information given by owner. High-rise at level 19 so the view is pleasant with no blockage. Clean and comfortable, with filtered hot and warm water dispenser. 7 towels for 7 of us. Water pressure is good. Swimming pool is awesome and clean! Air con in two rooms were not working well but owner responded fast and got them fixed right next day.
