-during the summer months, the property is mainly inhabited by groups of young people, so there might be some noise.Please note that, depending on the weather, the swimming pool is available from 01/05 until 30/9.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

15 minutes to the beach & 15 minutes into town, also buses on time , would recommend and would stay there again

Marvelous view, calm (despite the main road just behind, but all rooms look the otherway (seaside) and it was after-low-season, so there were barely a dozen tourists left on the Island. That may have contributed to the calm, probably a different thing in July/August.

Perfect location- walking distance to both the beach at Myotoplas for the day time the town Chora for the evening. The most incredible sea view from the room, really clean and comfortable rooms and very handy cafe on site. Friendly owners. Had a late check out and free lift to the port. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when I visit Ios.
