Lovely vibe amongst staff and residents. Relaxed, folks considerate of each other. Chatting about experinces in the locality, watching/listening to mobiles, playing games, jigsaws, reading, sketching, quietly noodling on guitars

There is a really cute and cosy common space with a nice view. Everything is clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's an option to buy a set of ingredients for a basic breakfast. Location is perfect for excursions to the river and around the town.
