Although a little out of town the walk in was lovely passing through residential areas. The upstairs room faced the busy street but by the evening the noise was significantly less and we slept well in the large double bed. Parking bays on site were limited but parking on the street was also free and right outside the accommodation. Instant hot water system in the ensuite meant plenty of hot water.

The house was beautifully furnished, very quiet and cosy. June was very welcoming and arranged easy access to our room.
