Very happy with our stay there. Staff were very helpful and accommodating over the phone with a late check-in. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was massive and comfortable. The location is very close to walk to central Inverness. I definitely recommend the place and will stay there again when visiting Inverness.

It was a nice stay within a walk (12 min) from the center and near the river Ness and Ness Islands. We were kindly welcomed. The room for three (with the third bed in it) did not have much more place but for an overnight stay it was very fine. You could choose what you would like for breakfast and the time in the evening. We booked a boat tour at the Loch Ness and the meeting point was 15 minutes drive away.

The room was clean, comfortable and great value for money - very welcoming owner and really useful to have a pre-prepared supper bag after a long journey. I arrived late (train delays) and they were very nice and accommodating about this.
