Incredible value for money. Even though bedroom was small, it was carefully designed and had everything one needed, Bed was comfortable. Linen fresh and clean. Breakfast was excellent, good variety and cooked breakfast delicious and made as ordered. Easy walk to river, city centre, castle, cathedral etc. Host was welcoming and helpful, interacted warmly and easily. I was happy with free off street parking and not a problem to find a space. Daytime it was a busy road but not noisy in the evening.

Good choice of breakfast and well made and tasty. Location was good. Easy access to town centre and a lovely walk up from No27.

It was only a 5 minute walk to the city centre but far enough away from the noise . Also a very good breakfast
