The fine print
Please note that from the 1st of August , the limited reception hours will be 15:00 until 23:00. Guest arriving early will not be able to check into their rooms before 15:00, but luggage can be dropped off the bag storage area in the property as early as 11:00.
If you think to arrive after our closing time which is 23:00, please let us know in advance and we will try to arrange a late self-check-in. We may reserve the right to refuse to do a late self-check-in if it's past a certain time at night (after 01:00) and/or for groups over 3 people. The property will try to ensure group bookings are kept in the same dormitory, however, guests must give the property prior notice and this cannot be guaranteed as well as requesting a bottom bunk as they do not assign beds. Please note, the property cannot accommodate group bookings of 6 or more guests.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We may ask you for your credit card details on arrival for any bookings made through a virtual card.The late-check-out fee is £5 every half an hour that has begun after 11 am. If not checked out by 1 pm, we will charge another night.Very important : Following numerous issues, any male making a reservation for one of our female dorms only will be asked to cancel their booking on arrival and if not compliant, this will be reported to booking.com and your booking will be canceled anyway. When you book a female dorm, this is clearly stated beforehand.
Please not that no refund will be given. Even though we will try to accommodate you if we have availability, we cannot guarantee it. In that case, you won't be able to stay with us neither expect for a refund as this will be considered as a breach of our policy.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. They provided towels for guest use, which was nice. A complimentary biscuit was offered during check-in, the dorms and bathrooms were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, the staff demonstrated friendly and courteous service, the Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, and the outdoor seating area provided a pleasant environment.

It was very clean and tidy...facilities were immaculate and in very good condition. The free coffee/drinks and area to relax either inside or out in the garden was great. It felt very safe and secure. Perfect location for touring around Inverness. Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

I was there July 4th and 5th nights - the lady working at reception was absolutely marvellous!! I didn't get her name, but wanted to say thank you so much for being super welcoming and helpful with everything. Clean hostel, good facilities, quiet area with stunning views and kind people - will definitely be back!
