You will receive an e-mail the day prior to your arrival with a code, allowing you to access the building and the apartment.If you are unable to check in prior to 18.00, please inform Highland Apartment 24 hours in advance.Guests will receive an email direct from Mansley Serviced Apartments labelled, ‘Payment Now Due`, within minutes of making the reservation, within this email will be an option to open a secure payment page which is to be used to process payment for the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Apartment had every thing that you needed, balcony overlooking the river ness was perfect for sitting out and relaxing, we had great weather which helped.

The central location, the apartment was very large and it was nice to have such a large bed and plenty of space. It was a fine day and the balcony was lovely and sunny

After check in on the App, I was sent a code for the flat and the garage. Unfortunately there was an error on the App so I was not able to access the code and had to ring to get it. The person at the end of the phone was very helpful and talked me through about parking and accessing the flat
