Lovely location with views of the River Ness and just a 5 minute walk along the river to the centre of Inverness. Family room was very comfortable and the pillows were soft. Very handy having a fridge in the room as well. Breakfast was extra but exceptional value for money and Camilla had our breakfast requests cooked to perfection!

Great location and lovely accommodating host. Room and bathroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. Fantastic location and it was a bonus to have off street parking for our rental car in such a central location.

Everything was lovely. Camilla was very responsive and helpful ahead of our stay, and warmly welcomed us on arrival. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated.

We loved the riverside location and glorious views, our spacious room was great and my mum loved the tartan soft furnishings. Delicious breakfast with excellent coffee and lovely service from Camilla.
