Please be aware that this property does not offer breakfast or any other meals. All rooms are on a room-only basis.
Check-in will not be at the property directly, but at the Ardross Glencairn Guesthouse, which is approximately 300 yards away. An email will be sent from the property at time of booking with instructions regarding check in.
All payments for your stay will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. This is usually debited the evening before arrival. If you wish to pay with a different card, please contact the property at least 2 days before arrival to ensure they have the correct card details for payment. However, if you wish to pay with cash, this is not a problem and can be done so on check-in. The property require 2 days notice before the date of check-in to ensure your card is not charged.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
All payments for your stay will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. This will be debited 1-3 days prior to check in.

The man who gave us the keys was very helpful and kind. The location was good as we were picking up a tour to the Orkney Ises and the pick up point was at the church 5 minutes walk away.

Great location, with parking at the door! Everything was immaculately clean with lovely fresh white linen. Heating was on and cosy for our arrival. Shower was heavenly with strong water pressure. Perfect for our wintery night in Inverness. Thank you!

The staff were super friendly! The room wasn't very big, but it was really comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom very clean. The location was excellent!
