We stayed in the property for a family trip to Edinburgh Zoo, we knew we wouldn't get good value out of a stay in the city centre so we thought the house seemed like a good option allowing us to cook instead of eating out etc. The location in terms of the drive from Newcastle and proximity to the zoo were great. The property had great views over the Firth of Forth which the kids loved. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and it was nice to have some outside space for the kids to play (although the garden is on a big slope). The parking immediately outside was helpful. Master bed was comfy and there were plenty of towels/bedding provided.

I love how spacious and open the property was, it also felt very warm and cosy, it was perfect for us with young children. Everything was easy to find, and was met on arrival by lovely host who was very welcoming.

Beautiful house, quick responses from host, kitchen facilities available. Big garden, nice view from house. Peaceful area and Edinburgh city centre accessible.
