If you travel with children, please inform the property in advance about their number and age.Please note that single currency credit cards cannot be accepted for reservations.If you expect to arrive by train, get out at the Interlaken West Train Station, cross the train tracks and the bridge over the river and then take the second street on the right. The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 buses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything was perfect. Clean, with a lot of light, 5 min walk from Interlaken West train station and people at the hotel were super nice and always willing to help and give recommendations.

The hotel is lovely both outside and inside. The staff is really nice and helpful. Great position close to Interlaken West station and to direct bus to St. Beatus caves. Competitive prices, compared to other hotels in Interlaken.

Room was clean and comfortable. View from the room was very pretty. Excellent value for money. The hotel also provides a washing machine and a drier for free.

A hotel like a home.... You got experience the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The owner, Kim is very friendly and instantly will welcome you like a friend. In the same property, there's a bar restaurant pizzeria if you are lazy to move about. I find it extremely cosy, relaxed esp while waiting for my transit, relaxing in the lounge (check out pics below). Breakfast is great!!! Kim herself will be in the kitchen 💪🏼👍🏻 As for location, it's very strategic.. Just a 3-4 mins walk, you will get to Interlaken West Station.. 2 mins to COOP, the supermarket for all your needs. Pharmacy and bank just across the main door.. What else you wanna more 😜..

The staff!😍🥰they are so helpful. Specially on our luggages. Ambiance of the dining area is cozy and clean.
