The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 buses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This place is cozy, welcoming, clean and tidy, very well located, the staff are wonderful, I don't care about the number of stars because for me and my wife this hotel is 5 stars. We love every detail.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming & both check‑in/check‑out were incredibly easy. The room & common areas were spotless. Nice breakfast & the building has so much charm and character. A great location & place to stay in Interlaken.
