To be honest, I had read some negative reviews beforehand, so I arrived feeling a bit worried. However, from the very first moment I messaged the property, the communication was attentive and helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted by a man who was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage until the place was ready. When we returned, everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable, the heating worked well, the sheets were soft, and the hot water worked perfectly. There was also shower gel and extra toilet paper provided. From the breakfast area we could see the mountains, which was beautiful. The location was also very convenient — close to the train station and with two supermarkets nearby. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent. Thank you very much!

We stayed at New West Station 7 for four nights and, after reading several negative reviews beforehand, we were honestly surprised by our experience. It seems that some guests may expect five-star hotel amenities despite paying a very modest price, which may explain the disappointment reflected in other reviews. This accommodation should not be viewed as a luxury stay, but it is certainly not a bad one either. The property is clean, decent, and spacious, and it provides all the basic amenities one would reasonably need. For us, it served perfectly as a comfortable and clean place to rest, which was our main requirement. While there is still some room for improvement, when compared to similar properties at the same price point, we genuinely feel that we received good value for money. Additionally, the location is a major advantage it offers very easy access to public transportation and nearby grocery stores, along with spectacular views from the windows. Overall, if expectations are realistic and aligned with the price, New West Station 7 is a satisfactory and practical choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Location was perfect for us. Heating worked very well, the bed was comfy for 2 adults and the room was clean. There was even a small kitchen with a fridge and stove if one should need it. Free parking was available right outside for a few cars.
