Very friendly and considerate host. Walking distance from west station. Hassle free check in. Helpful with luggage storage. Kitchen was fully operational.

Lighting in the bathroom was very poor and the overall bathroom was not very good. Okay, but not good.

Location was good, close to Interlaken west station, owners were great, room was well equipped with a great kitchen.
