The location is excellent—just a 3–4 minute walk to the train station and bus stop. The bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet. The staff were very friendly. The pantry was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious.

Spacious room, comfy beds, small bathroom but it has everything you need. Common space was great, free coffee, tea, ice and utensils are provided. Common fridge for everyone to use and microwave as well. Very thoughtful.

In this summer (July), my wife and I stayed in Hotel Rossli Interlaken for 4 days 3 nights. Our room assigned is room No.16. Overall, our experience is good as the staff is so helpful. The location of the hotel is within walking distance from Interlaken West train station, which is about 7-8 minutes walk. We like the 24hours lounge provided to all hotel guests, where there are complimentary coffee and tea, and most importantly, ice ! Throughout our stay, we met Mr. Jean-Louis every morning while we have our breakfast. He is always with his big smile on his face and greeting all the guests. His smile make us feel warm, safe, happy and comfortable.
