The workers were really friendly and helpful. They gave us a guest card to use in some busses and activities. And also there were free croissant, tea and coffee.

The hotel is convenient, near a big shopping mall which includes supermarket about 2-3mins walk. Also, it includes self service laundry.

Very close (5min walk) to the trainstation Interlaken West, the room was big, but the bathroom was very small and with bad lighting. The breakfast room was clean, but in generel it was very old and not so cozy and inviting. Would probably not book again.

The breakfast was delicious, very good choice of products, fresh. The location was very good, 10 minutes walk from the center, quiet, a bit aside. The room was spacious, well equipped. View to the mountains was stunning!
