We arrived by car, and it was such a relief to find that the hotel had its own parking lot—super convenient! But what truly stood out from the moment we arrived was the warm welcome we received from Tania, the receptionist. She was hands down the most helpful and caring receptionist we encountered during our entire stay in Switzerland (we stayed at 6 different hotels)! While our room was being prepared, Tania made sure we felt right at home, offering us hot chocolate, coffee, and delicious cookies in the cozy lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel incredibly special and welcome. Our kids absolutely loved it too! The room itself was fantastic—comfortable, warm, and with a small balcony that had a breathtaking view of the mountains. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wonderful selection of fresh breads and cheeses. And as a coffee lover, I really appreciated that the coffee, even though it came from a machine, was excellent. That’s such an important detail for me! We want to give a huge thank you to Tania for making our stay so memorable. Her kindness and hospitality truly went above and beyond, and she made us feel like we were part of the family. Thank you, Tania—you’re the best! 😊

Breakfast was very well laid out and tasty - best was the portion/jars... less wastage and mess Room - the family room with the connected room was ideal for our family of 4 Location - short 7-8mins walk from the Interlaken West train station, buses at the doorstep
