Location is excellent. For the price room is just about adequate. 4 people climbing 4 floors was an experience in itself,if you had sone luggage with you as well then its a double task. The room was warm and there was no control over the radiator. Kitchen did have some cutlery which was useful. Overall it was an average experience with the room. If looking to save money and compromise comfort then this is fine.

We were upgraded from an apartment with stairs to a room in the hotel with a renovated bathroom. It was comfortable and clean and in a great location.
