I personally had a great experience—after checking out a day early, I had to return just 2 hours later due to road closures caused by snow. I called Mario, and he immediately welcomed me back without any hesitation. He could have easily refused, but instead, he was extremely kind and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Interlaken! 👍

1. location and the assistance of the manager. 2. a supermarket close by 3. buses within easy reach 4. the lake and its opportunity to catch boats on lakes and trains up the alps, access to other towns and lovely places for eating, shopping etc 5 a handy parking space available

The host is super helpful and very kind. He helps us a lot in all requests. The room is big enough for 5 persons. The location is good, it easy to access all public transportations.
