The location is mind blowing. It’s right in the heart of Austrian alps with both the views of Patscherkofel and Nordkette. Has numberous hiking and running trails around. The tram 6 stop which takes one to Innsbruck is 5 mins by walk and the J line bus stop is 20 mins walk. The apartment is secluded yet really well connected. Lans dorf is also reachable on foot which has supermarkets and restaurants. There is also Vogelshütte and Golf course restaurant right round the corner. The host was extremely polite and and really nice person. We felt right at home. Would definitely return here
