The front desk staff was really helpful, they provided us with tips for restaurants when we arrived (Sunday night), the breakfast was really really good the staff once again were super nice and helpful.

No air con in one of our rooms. A little further from the city than I thought. And there was a bad smell outside

Great view, easy to get from Innsbruck centre by train. Great buffet breakfast, fridges the room.

Location is very nice right next to train/bus station and Mcdonald's. Train ride to Innsbruck is about 5 mins and costs 3€ Free parking is great The breakfast i FULLY recommend, it's very very nice
