Property clean and spacious. Apartment 5 has a small balcony with nice view. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and a very large fridge/freezer with ice tray and ice packs supplied. Bed and sofa were very comfortable. Shower was powerful and easy to control the temperature. Washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were all provided. The dishwasher and washing machine both had ‘fast cycle’ options which was very convenient. Lots of power outlets for charging devices. Property manager communication was excellent on lead up to and during stay. Access instructions were sent on time and were clear. During the stay the door lock malfunctioned and the manager was available by phone immediately, arrived at the property within 30mins and had fixed the issue 5 minutes later. The neighbourhood was quiet and the bus J goes from 3 minutes walk from the property to either the centre of town or to the starting point for the Nordkette cable car. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and taxi rank within 3 minutes walk as well. The early online check-in meant I got my ‘guest card’ in time to use it to get free public transportation to the property from the station on the day of my arrival.

Overall we are very happy with our stay, the location is good, just 10-15 minutes down to the city center. The apartment was big and comfortable. The host was helpful, we even got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. I recommend!

Everything was great. Coped with the stairs well. Apartment was perfect and beautiful views of the snow caped mountains.
