Big room, all the amenities, wifi is working, it is close enough to the centre. The hotel provides Innsbruck Welcome Card that saves a lot of money on public transport and cable cars. The host is very responsive, check-in and check-out was smooth, although it can be quite long, the machine does not always respond fast. Because the room was in the basement with the shutters, the lack of airconditioning was not a problem even in the heat wave when we visited it.

The customer service is top! The location right next to the Olympia world and only 15 min bus ride from the centre. It is clean, easy to check in.
