Very quiet and nice. Not new, but clean. Charming breakfast room. Short walk to centre. Do not afraid parking method, they know what they are doing.

due to an unfortunate (for the hotel) event with previous student guests, our family room was trashed and we couldn’t occupy it. as the hotel was otherwise full, they placed us in a higher grade hotel in the old town with everything covered. What a fantastic service and looking after guest. Absolutely outstanding reaction on solution! I feel sorry for the hotel though.

The location is excellent—only a 10-minute walk from the old town of Innsbruck—and there is parking.
