The location is excellent - close to the Old Town, other sights & a small grocery store nearby. The staff go above & beyond to help. The same family has run the hotel for 100 years!

I think we may have been upgraded, our room was beautiful and much better than the photos. Amazing central location close to the old town and beautiful Jesuit Church, decorated with traditional Austrian style touches and original features - but with all the modern amenities. A great breakfast in a stunning old vault/wine cellar in the basement of the hotel was a lovely way to start the day.

Lovely, well-appointed, and spacious rooms with excellent fit-out, including chairs and tables. The room was exceptionally comfortable and immaculate. The staff were, without exception, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the hotel also has a lovely, welcoming small bar with a range of wine and cocktail options available.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent—within walking distance of both the train station and the old town. Breakfast was well prepared and satisfying. If I return, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
