Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff were wonderful, the facilities were excellent & the location was very good with it being just a short walk to the historic city centre. The lady when we checked-in was very helpful and arranged our Innsbruck Welcome Card for us. Our room was very spacious, quiet & comfortable.

Of our 11-day stay in Austria, this hotel was our favourite. The staff are exceedingly friendly & helpful and the room is modern and large. The hotel is ideally located extremely close to the Old Town, so you can drive and park your car; yet, access the Old Town in minutes. It has a restaurant and lots of options nearby. You can even see the mountains from your room. This hotel is easy to find and get to, in Innsbruck.
